What types of blemishes do you treat?

I treat a range of common benign skin blemishes including skin tags, seborrhoeic keratosis, milia, red facial veins, blood spots, age spots on the face, neck and body.

If you're unsure what your blemish is, you're welcome to send a photo before booking and I'll let you know if I may be able to help.
Does skin tag removal hurt?

Most clients find the treatment very manageable. You will feel a brief stinging or heat sensation, but it is usually very quick.

I always work carefully and explain everything clearly to help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

You will be very pleased with the outcome as it's lovely to have smooth skin.
Will my skin tag or blemish disappear immediately?

Most are removed completely, others leave a tiny bit of skin which will continue to dry up and then disappear.

Certain blemishes may need more than one treatment, I will always give honest and realistic advice.

You will be left with pink marks for a few days upto a few weeks, so I would choose a date when you haven't anything special to go to. You'll need to avoid heat/swimming/make-up for 24-48 hours afterwards
Do I need to see my GP before treatment?

If a blemish has changed in size, colour, shape, bleeds unexpectedly, or concerns you medically, I recommend having it checked by a dermatologist or a GP with skin knowledge.

I will only treat benign-looking blemishes suitable for cosmetic removal.
I have sensitive skin - can I still have facials?

Absolutely. Many of my clients have sensitive, reactive or easily irritated skin.

Every facial is tailored carefully to your skin condition, barrier health and comfort level. My approach focuses on supporting and calming the skin rather than over-stripping or over-treating it.

The aim is for your skin not to be sensitive. This can be achieved through my recommended homecare products and salon treatments.
What facial is best for ageing, tired-looking skin?

That depends on your skin, concerns and goals.

I offer bespoke facials tailored to concerns such as dehydration, fine lines, sensitivity and skin texture. Treatments may include active skincare, sculpting massage, hydration support and skin-strengthening ingredients.
