The Treatments & Technology

Using diathermy through a tiny probe  cauterises unwanted blemishes.  Jo will either totally remove or reduce most unwanted blemishes that appear on the face, neck or body. 

After the treatment you will be left with redness and maybe a small open wound depending on blemish.  This will need to heal before you can see the effect, but often you will get immediate results.  Avoid heat, swimming, make-up, retinols, direct sun for 24 hours-72 hours after treatment

LED stimulates the cell turnover to help produce more collagen.  Jo uses a LED dome as a mask at the end of treatments.  With LED consistency is key so it's a good idea to choose this mask with every monthly facial treatment.  It's included in the 1.5 & 2h Youthful Facial, otherwise it's a £10 additional charge

The Dermatherm Trio Treatment uses 3 advanced technologies - RF heats the skin to produce more collagen, Vacuum Suction removes toxins & LED light therapy stimulates cell turnover.

RF carries on working for a week, making this an ideal treatment course to gain smoother, lifted contours.  Once the effect has been achieved results can last upto a year. This is a great option for reducing a lines & wrinkles.

Serenity's best treatment for skin rejuvenation - over time it will help smooth the skin of lines and acne scaring, brighten the skin and give a more youthful appearance as it stimulates collagen & elastin. The skin will appear pink afterwards for a short time, make-up, swimming, exercise etc. must be avoided for 8 hours

Microneedling is best carried out when the weather isn't hot & sunny to avoid skin irritation.   Mixing between Microneedling & Radio Frequency would be a great all year skin plan

Microneedling isn't an uncomfortable treatment, you will feel a slight scratching but it's a satisfying 'something is happening' feeling
